THE 2020 PROPOSITION 65 OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENTS

Once again, CBL has reviewed all of the settlements of Proposition 65 matters last year, which are publicly available on the Attorney General's Web Site, examining the number of settlements, average total amount, lowest and highest amounts for all of the private party enforcers for last year.  The numbers for the out of court settlements in 2020 are right below.  Please note there is a certain amount of rounding up and down cents.  And clicking this chart pops it up larger.
